About Melissa

Scott on Melissa
Melissa is one of the most caring and generous
individuals you could hope to meet. There is a
playful aspect to her personality, which always
brings a smile to my face. Melissa has an
incredible way with kids, a fact I became aware of
as she quickly replaced me as the family favorite
with nieces, nephews and all of my friends’
children. I know she will be a wonderful mother
and we can’t wait to share our love with a child.

Melissa loves to stay active and can often be found
hiking with Tank and Zoe in Griffith Park or at the
gym taking a class. Melissa also enjoys reading
(she most recently finished reading the Twilight
series) as well as Sudoku puzzles and games of all
types, and I know she is eagerly looking forward to
sharing these activities with our new child.

Fortunately for me, cooking is also one of Melissa’s
favorite hobbies and she can often be found in the
kitchen trying to create something new for us to
try. I can already see her in there with our child
mixing up a batch of cupcakes or chocolate chip
cookies on a rainy afternoon.
